In the production process, the coil is extruded by roll rolling one by one, and then accurately positioned by the servo system to the bending station, and the accuracy is controlled by the angle feedback and rebound compensation technology (±0.5°), and the integration of the flying shear cutting and preform splicing interface technology, which can synchronously complete the fixed-length cutting and seamless docking. For special process requirements, online integration of multi-station punching and chopping module can also be directly completed hinge holes, lock holes and 45 ° interface processing, further eliminating the secondary clamping error, so that the comprehensive material utilization rate increased to 98%. This solution guarantees product quality (double closed-loop inspection system) while achieving an efficient balance between standardization and customization, especially suitable for flexible production scenarios of small to medium batches and multiple categories.
